How to Practice Nadi Shodhana:

  1. Sit comfortably with your spine erect.
  2. Place your left hand on your left knee with the palm open to the sky.
  3. Place the tip of the index finger and middle finger of your right hand between your eyebrows.
  4. Use your right thumb to close your right nostril and inhale through your left nostril.
  5. Close your left nostril with your right ring finger, release the right nostril, and exhale through the right nostril.
  6. Inhale through the right nostril, close the right nostril, release the left nostril, and exhale through the left nostril.
  7. This completes one round. Repeat for 5-10 rounds.
